ok so i purchased this car cheap, blown head gasket, sent out the head to the machine shop, installed everything back, including the new oe camshaft seal, started right up and the the cam seal starts leaking, put new one on, same ****. removed the cam and i noticed that where the seal sits it was pitted, ok i get a used cam new seal again install same ****!!!

is my cylinder head ****ed???please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

do you think that HONDABOND will seal it up good, i used that on my dohc vtec cam seal when it was leaking and it stopped afterwards

 

problem solved my idiot machine shop guy put silicone on the two channels where the oil returns (where the cam seal sits) removed the silicone, problem solved!!!!
