So i just got a 88 prelude si, its pretty clean but is an automatic, after lurking around the web ive read on hundreds of sites how this engine is like the outcast of the B-series, due to its lack of interchanglable parts with other B-series engines. My question is how difficult is it to do a manual tranny swap on this car, and are there any other trannys besides the one made for the B20A5 that will have the right bolt pattern

 

no, only b20a3, b20a5, b20a, and b21 transmissions

only prelude transmissions, no civic crap
