Deck height B18a/b VS. B20b/z?

Deck height B18a/b VS. B20b/z?
Is the deck heigh the same? Are they both 211.4mm? This is important becasue I have been trying to find a affordable clean B20 short block and it the B18s are the same then it make the hunt a little easier.
