Default Little advise please..Oil on 1 sparkplug!!

ok i have a turbo lsvtec and trying to figure out what is causing the fouling on 1 spark plug on cylinder #2..when i took out all plugs that was the only one with burnt oil..idk if this helps but i also have a oil sitting between the exhaust ports of cylinder #4 and #3..i dont think its the valve cover gasket thats leaking the oil down to the manifold..and when i turn on the car in the mornings it smokes alot of white and seems like its burning up the oil..BUT it goes away after driving for about 3 to 5 minutes and no white smoke anymore til next morning when car sits. can anyone point me to the right direction so i would know wether or not to send the head to the machine shop.

thanks

Oil rings or valve guides would be my guess. 94
