but hopefully after tuning my car will idle better!
Tuning the car should help the idle...but if you're going to be driving it around on the streets (or even taking it to a track), why don't you have a filter on those ITBs? I never understood why so few people filter their ITBs...That engine will very slowly be shredding itself to bits from the inside, and it would be a shame for that to happen to that engine.

TWR makes a CF airbox with a 75~80mm hole on the right side. You might plumb it to a CAI if that airbox hole approximates the location of the standard TB.

The K&N option may be the same filter used for the 4x 48IDA Weber carb V8 kit. Each filter bank covers 4 throats, look here: http://redlineweber.com/html/ford/ford_air_filters.htm
That shows the filters, but not the carbs/manifolds. Anyway, depending on the diameter of the ITBs and their spacing, you could probably make the base plate work for such a unit. There is also a trapezoidal/cone air filter for the IDA/IDF Weber that could be applied per each pair of throats.
Your only issue with such an arrangement is the hot underhood air. However, if you're crafty, you could probably fashion some sort of "cowl induction" to draw low pressure cold air from right before the windshield. It's like the 60s all over again!

Can't wait to see the dyno sheets. Btw I'm also rebuilding my Jdm B18C-c5 1.8 but with Twm 50mm setup, etc...
I'll keep checking on this thread.
They seem to be pretty nice sounds really nice. But I'm actually dropping my car off at Kingmotorsports this weekend to have mike L check up on to make sure everything is ok. Then I'm gonna get it tuned. The itb's didn't come with a return spring or anything else it was 850 but plan on spending a lot more to make it work if your gonna get it. I'll repost more info once it's tuned though.
