Just wanted to everyone know that we have finally finalized our schedule for HeadsupNW. Finally more than 1 event a year locally for you guys to race at. Our drag radial class is inviting all FWD cars to compete with the same rules as BOTI Street Comp class:

This class has been for cars in the 10s-11s. So I know there is quite a few of you out there to compete (Against domestics too). It is all headsup racing on a pro tree just like BOTI or the old NHRA rules. We will not be weighing the cars, so just be close to the rules.

There is a couple other classes too. True street (which has been 8-10 sec cars) and outlaw (7-8 sec cars). Imports are welcome in these classes too. Email me if you have questions.

Saturday, March 21st -- P.I.R.

Saturday, April 11th -- P.I.R.

Saturday, May 2nd -- Woodburn Dragstrip

Friday, June 12th -- P.I.R. -- Qualifying
Saturday, June 13th -- P.I.R. -- Eliminations

Saturday, July 18th -- Woodburn Dragstrip

Saturday, August 1st -- Champion Raceway, Medford

Saturday, September 19th -- Woodburn Dragstrip

Redlight, is that all you have on me anymore? First I dyno more than you, then you say track times only count, then I beat your time on street tires and slicks, but still you have all the excuses in the world why my dynos and track times dont count. Just bring your car out in March, Ill be waiting for you. Just hope you can find another block by then

BTW, Nitrous is doing very well.

 

you should change it to portland... there isn't anything schedule for the seattle track

 

I think most people can put two and two together that its portland raceway not pacific.

 

lol...changed from SIR(Seattle International Raceway) to PRP(Pacific Raceway Park) quite awhile ago.....

evan, have any half size aluminum radiators laying around?

 

lol...thats the topic of the day! I don't. I was actually talking to Myles today, and Mac radiators can make custom aluminum ones for around 150-200....not too shabby.

hey tim, in the boti, we don't need to have rear interior. I remember reading the rules for drag radial and it said we had to have all the interior plastics and carpeted floors in the rear? has this changed?

Well, the HeadsupNW rules do say that, but that is for the RWD guys. We decided this year to just do the same rules as BOTI for the FWD guys. I don't think its in the "rules" yet, but that is how it is. We just wanted to open it up for all you guys out there that want to race more than 1 time a year. Let me know if you have any other questions.
