Default D16Y8 Idling Help

My civic vx hatch swapped out for a d16y8 well everything is in and when i try to start it, it takes like 10 or more times to start the damn thing and also it idles rough also.

Okay What I Got Is:

D16Y8 motor with 96 intake mani and Y8 dizzy
Used the Stock VX harness
P28 Ecu

Also My speedometer goes around and the miles keep rolling away and then when i step on the brake it goes back to normal I think i probably may have a ****ed up harness and im using the stock vx fuel injectors

Let Me know If Something Is Not Right

Thanks

1) Wrong fuel injectors
2) Wrong ECU
3) Sounds like you've got some issues with the wiring.

You need 240cc injectors, you need to chip and tune the ECU because a stock P28 will not drive a Y8 correctly, and you need to figure out your wiring issues.

Look into all of the above. While you're at it check the 4 wire plug at the passenger's side shock tower (wire colors are red, light blue, yellow and brown) this plug is for the switched ground for the fuel injectors, i've seen them only half plugged in after an engine swap and cause very similar issues.
