right hand drive Conversion laws???
I'm thinking of coverting my 92-95 civic coupe to right-hand drive, but i have a few questions that I can't seem to find answers for.
I live in Washington State, & I know that there is a certain way you have to get everything legally done.
Does anyone know what those things are and maybe how to go about getting them done?
