I recently got in to a rear ender, now I need help takin of the tig welds...what are some easier options?? ive been told to drill 1/4 inch thru the welds then use a air chizzle and it should come off like butter.
btw how much do brand new ones go for? or ones from the junkyard??

I doubt those are TIG welds that need to be removed. I would say they're Spot welds that you have to drill out and then you can use a MIG welder to replace them. Check the FAQ thread for parts listings for both OEM and Salvage Yard.
Be careful trying to use a chisel to get them loose, that's a great way to tear the structure underneath if you're not careful. I've done it, it's easier than you'd think.
Same thing happened to me. Its pretty easy to take it off, I drilled it first then took the grinder to even it out and then borrowed my friends mig welder and did it myself. Took about an hour to remove and put on.gl with yours
