My goal is looking to push 450-500HP Turbo'd B16 built. I'm unsure of which Flywheel to run. Someone told me an ACT Prolite. But anyone tell me what their running?
As for Clutches I think I'm going to run a Competition Stage 5 clutch and pressure plate. But any input or someone who has expeirence with this or other clutches would be greatful!
I would be very happy for the input, thanks guys.

flywheel i would keep stock if possible only because your rpms dont drop as fast while shifting thru gears and the motor tend to stay up in high r'ss, and another thing if you do use a lighten flywheel try not to use a lighter pully togetrher it could un balance the motor .as for the clutch good choice ive had good experience with it . if that dont hold twin disc it is.this is just my opinion just to give u an idea. good luck with ur build.
Spec stage 3+. I'm using one on my 92 hatch that has an H22 with 530whp and 435 wtq. Go to the Spec website and check out specifications for your application. Super streetable. Clutch disk is full face (not puck type) and has a ceramic metallic facing - I think. Great holding power, light pedal pressure and doesn't grab or chatter at all. I think it is significantly easier on flywheel/pressure plate surfaces than most puck type clutches.
