Default Blown Rings or head gasket?

I have a stock jdm gsr on 10psi it made 300whp 190wtq and shortly after my tune I noticed white smoke coming from my valve cover breather. and sometimes my tailpipe. it seems to smoke at random. and my idle is very rough. I did a compression test this morning. the engine was hot and it was done at wide open throttle.

cylinder 1 - 210psi
cylinder 2 - 205psi
cylinder 3 - 150psi
Cylinder 4 - 120psi

The car does not overheat. it runs but with sputters and sometimes a stall The coolant levels and oil levels are fine. no sign of oil in the coolant or vice versa. Sounds like cylinder 3 and 4 have blown rings? I pourd a little bit of oil in the cylinder 3 and the compression went up to 190 psi

Either way im gonna have to tear down the engine

the car ran fine and then I filled up my tank and then this happend. Im wondering if I got bad gas or something

AFR are in the high 11's and Total Timing is 18 Degrees before the incident

Uhhh did you happen to put a new fuelpump in when you put the turbo setup on? If not, that's why you blew your ringlands.

I guess its build time. is it really bad to drive on the car still?

You could get a false reading from your AFR meter since the engine is misfiring so bad. If the cylinder never fires then all the oxygen that was supposed to be used to burn the fuel instead goes past the A/F Ratio sensor and tricks it into thinking the engine is lean.

With those compression readings I would say yes, it is really bad to drive it. If a chunk of piston or something was about to break off it could damage the cylinder head.
