Im looking for suggestions on tire sizes for my hx wheels
Stock b16 swap, so not excessive power and tein s tech springs
the 185 65's just are too skinny for me

I've got a bone stock 98 CX hatch with HX rims with shitty stock tires. I'm upgrading the tires soon so let me know what size I should run. Also the brand and model if your really good with tire knowledge, basically just looking for some good grippy all-seasons!

 

For your car, the best 14" size is either 185/65-14 (the stock size) or 195/60-14. I assume you will be using these year-round, and that's why you're asking about all-seasons. There is one outstanding all-season tire available in either of those sizes, better than all others - the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position in 195/60-14, $78/tire with free shipping at Discount Tire Direct.

However, that might not necessarily be the best size for the original poster's car, since he hasn't told us what kind of car it is.

 

i would recommend you going with 195/60/14 also.
