1990 Civic Dx D15 Vtec Alot of Issues

1990 Civic Dx D15 Vtec Alot of Issues
Alright i haven't been on this site in years last time i was on this site i was 15 with a 1991 CRX Si. Anyway i now have new issues with my hatch big issues i have went to several shop mechanics friends who are also mechanics and no one wants to deal with it. My main issue i have is my wiring for the car throughout most of it mostly the engine bay from the computer and the ignition.
The individual i bought it off of appears to have wired it to his own liking he also had an alarm for the car which i gutted so that got rid of half the wires. I just recently bought a wiring harness for the engine bay for the D15 Vtec and im just mechanically retarded now because of my job i have not worked on cars in years and i have lost most of my knowledge. I have had more than enough suggestions to get rid of the car and start over or just simply get a new engine new harness start from scratch i don't want to do either suggestions.
I don't have much money at the moment to dump 100's into it to fix everything i see it mostly a project. I have had this car for about 2 years now i haven't had much time at all to work with it from being deployed for 14 months and just the regular army crap everyday limits my time. I will post pictures as best and detailed i can to show most of the mess suggestions and everything else would help out more than me sitting here doing nothing.

damn dude nice christmas tree and birds nest set up you got there. my suggestion is this: pull the entire engine bay harness out of your car. see if you can't sort it out at all. same w your dash harness. worst case scenario get a new dash harness and engine harness and re convert it

Well i just put it in the shop and i haven't heard anything back yet hopefully some good news that it can be straighten out and running again.

Alright well the guy in the shop said it can be fixed but recommends i get a wiring harness from the dash to the engine basically an everything all in one but i have no idea where to get one of those for the D15 Vtec
