I recently picked up a clean stock hatch with a few dings and dents. The only problem is that the passenger side door handle has broken off from one of the 2 brackets (10mm i believe) that holds the handle in place. I took a look at it and the metal bracket snapped.

Where can I take this to get fixed? Body shops?? Ive ben told that i might need a new door, or that I can just weld it back up and it will be fine.

With that being said, I am leaning towards doing the weld rather than buying new doors simply for the cost of the work needed.

Does anyone happen to know any good REPUTABLE body shops around the l.a./san gabriel valley area???

 

i dont know if welding will keep it safe tho. my suggestion is to go get some ex doors and make that **** power doors. lol.
