What's wrong with the stocks? What else do you have done? What are you trying to accomplish?

ITR cams are doing a great job on 21psi of boost on a b18c1 motor for me.

Hi,

Springs and valves? Please be more specific. Also, what do you want to do with the R?

Its easy to over-cam and lose power/driveability.
