yea i would just go with the super tech valvetrain and the itr cams. The itr cams are very good all around cams na or turbo. I know the stock gsr's are fine for 500+

the dual stage manifold of the GSR will be a bottle neck in your setup. the ITR cams would really benefit from more intake and also a decent header. how much are you paying for the ITR cams and honda yellow springs anyway?

GSR retainers = ITR retainers.

The differences are as follows:
ITR LMAs
ITR intake valves
ITR intake valve springs
ITR exhaust valve springs (ITR exhaust springs = GSR intake springs)
ITR camshafts

From the dyno plots that I have seen, untuned ITR cams in a stock GSR engine make about 11 whp additional.

you know i learned this the hard way when i was doing the engine build. i ordered all new honda retainers for the yellow springs. low and behold it's the same thing as my stock GSR.

also, dog, did the car pick up 11whp with the stock gsr manifold? that would be a great gain if it was the case. i couldn't find any dyno charts besides that lame super street article where they tested a low compression motor and made no gains.

The dyno that I saw was for a bone stock 94 GSR. No tuning was done. There was a major torque hole from 4400-4800 RPM because the VTEC switched too early for those cams.
