H22A Valve Train Adjustment
I assume your talking about doing a Valve lash or Valve adjustment?
There is a write-up somewhere on hondatech if you search on how to properly do this.
Basically you need a set of feeler gauges, 6,7,8mm and you slip the gauge under the cam lobe in the correct firing order to check the clearance, and adjust the adjuster nut accordingly. It's not too difficult, and takes about an hour for the first timer.
Here, I found it for you. I'm in a good mood and your a local KC Luder

I didn't see any pictures on there but you get the point. I'm sure there are other DIY writeups if you search. Good luck man.

Yeh, you're going to be checking the clearance between the cams and the rocker pads, so you need some good feeler gauges, torque wrench, and I would strongly advise you get a Helms manual. Some people also like to get a valve adjustment tool, but I have never had a problem with just wrenches, sockets, and a flathead screwdriver.
