just wanted to know if any of you guys have heard,saw or owned a boosted ep3,reason being this kid is selling his ep3 and i only do boost so wanted to know if those k-series motor are good for boost.i don't mind building the engine but is it worth it.this will really help this kid is selling this car for almost nothing

Hard to reply whith out more info....what are your goals? You want a drag car?.....you want to chase down sport bikes? What are you looking to do?

I have a jrsc kitted ep3 and I love it. I autoX and road coures it. If you are looking to run down sport bikes, just get a a2 and biuld it for boost, hang a rullrace kit and you can make enough power that you have to drive around on drag slicks( like 500 on pump gas)....If you want a drag car, do your self a favor, just get a clapped out mustang and work on that, rwd is the way to go for the strip.

 

im looking for around 450whp but not looking to swap motors out just seeing if its worth trying to build a ep3 with boost. i do alot of street racing and i go to the strip often

 

the reason why the call me slowboyy is because me and my friends own stis and i was the last to get the engine built (7mnths) so the name always stuck
