Default OBD1 OBD LS B20 Distributor Bolt pattern ?

I have a friend with a (Claimed) obd2 LS distributor. My b20 is currently using an obd1 LS distributor. The bolt pattern on the two distributors are different where one of the bolt holes wont line up on the bottom. I thought that the OBD1 & 2 distributors were identicle with the exception of the 1 or 2 part harness. I know that with some D-series engines, the distributors will work fine without having the third bolt lined up.

Is this distributor even for an LS or am I mistaken? I am just a bit confused. I did search.

Thanks,

-Justin

yea. He took it off of his 00 integra gsr. He said it was the wrong one and from an LS. I think he is mistaken because the LS distributor should have never fit his head to begin with. Correct me if Im wrong and that should answer my question. Thanks
