auto to manual swap question

Default auto to manual swap question

i just bought a 95 LS Special Edition. the problem is its auto. want to change to manual. have done two auto to manual swaps on EGs so im familiar. want to know if its any different. i did notice the bracket for tranny mount doesnt look like it sticks up like the one on an EG.

There are a lot of threads on this subject if you search, but yeah you need a new tranny mount. Hasport sells them for about 135 I think. I have manual pedals, clutch resivoir and all hardlines youll need I will sell to you for $100. Or trade. Pm me if your interested.

just from your statements, you should be fine. it's virtually the same minus the AT-2-MT mount since it sits higher then on a manual chassis.

nothing wrong with auto, but it is boring.

You need rear trans mount bracket(T-bracket), front trans mount, and a top trans mount(new hasport or innovative auto to manual mount).
