My car is lowered and my headlights only reach about 40 feet out. I was wondering how to angle them upwards. I saw some gears in the back of the headlight but they won't move.

 

First park your car in front of your garage door or a flat wall, get a philips screwdriver to fit in the "gear" and watch the light as you turn clockwise or counter CW its pretty simple just keep messing with them until your happy with the adjustment.....
