Want to build my em1 For smog purpose ls-vtec or cr-vtec in
Ive been reading some are saying its not legal to put a truck motor in a car.(IN CALI)
Would either of these pass smog anyway?
I want to either use a b20 or b18 block for my b16a2 head, or could or should I just bore and sleeve my b16 block.
Not sure any suggestions that are helpful would be great thanks in advance.
