I am selling my AEM CAI from my 99-00 civic si. Is this intake specific to only the b series? I have someone that wants to buy it but he has a d series and isnt sure if it will fit. The model numbers are different, but wouldn't this work?

it's just an intake. worst comes to worse he can get a y8/z6/b manifold if he doesn't have a one of those already.

 

well i doubt he wants to do all that just for an intake

 

If it's a d16y7, then it will not work as the TB is aligned vertically. If it's a z6/y8, may work but off a couple of inches.
