Default vaccum leaks?

aight i think i fixed my idle problem but i still have some vaccum hoses not pluged back up ... i re did all the ones on the TB and IM ... so there good now .. i also relocated the mapsensor and fuse box back into the engine bay just because the hose that was on the map sensor was liek 2ft long and it kept comming off so i made it alot shorter and it doesnt come off now when i put it back in the engine bay ...

but here is one hose i noticed still not pluged up and idk where it goes ... its attached to the top of the tranny ... do you know where it might go .. thanks

thisis where its hooked to the tranny its on the top front

bottom pic is sideways ... and this is basically like right under the dizzy
i know its kinda got alot of oil aroudn the area and idk why it does cause there isnt il anywhere else .. could you also help figure that out .. thanks

That is just a vent for the transmission.
It just hangs there..

Tell us what year/engine/trim level etc.
and maybe we can find you a vacuum map.

here are a couple: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-crx-ef-civic-1988-1991-3/diagram-service-manual-si-intake-manifold-1052937/

There's a seal when you take of the distributor, often it'll leak onto the transmission.

Cleaning up the mess is how you will find it..
Get it spotless and it should be easy to locate the leak..

I have seen the oil coming from inside
the distributor cap in some cases..
