Default New Brakes doing clap, clap, clap sound

Hiagain
Bought brake pads brand Prostop platinum at pepboys

Newly installed pads & rotors, Pads came with the back metal plate and i install it together. Does any know if the metal Backplate on the pads is making this type of clapping sound ? it happen around 0-15mph when i hit brake pedal and let it go and sometimes from 0mph to 15mph

any ideas anyone? could it be the cvjoints ? i recently change passenger side Wheel bearing and drivers Bearing seems damage too

are they pitted? cause they can make a popping noise where hot air gets trapped and expends when the rooter goes over them.

Both pads and rotors i install it new, the pads came with a bit of dark grease and i applied on contact sides of the pad. The old pads had some type of red rubber glue on then and i clean it.

Just a while ago i was driving and the sound became more constant and i thought after adjusting more tight the rear DRUMS this problem appear?? I feel like the rear brakes are more tight than the front, do you think this can be the problem making the PADS separate from the sides and start clapping ?

my suggestion would to to take it apart and put it back together again. maybe something you missed or not aligned.
