Default Working with OBD2

when it comes to OBD's..im clueless..
so i was wondering if it is hard to work with OBD2 cars..
is it really restricted or limited?
how is converting from OBD2 to OBD1?

There is far less ability to tune an OBD2 ECU.

With OBD1 there are tons of tuning options. Converting an OBD2 car to OBD1 is as easy as buying an OBD1 ECU and OBD2-to-OBD1 conversion harness. If your car is 96-98, it is OBD2A. If it is 99-00, it is OBD2B. This is important when you buy the conversion harness.
