Default D15Z1 internals and head into/onto D15B7 block?

Kind of an oddball question I guess, as it's not a typical hybrid. Not being a full swap or even a head swap, I had a hell of a time searching for anything related to this, so I thought I'd ask.

Will this work? I have a D15B7 with a spun bearing and 2 years of sitting in my driveway duty, and my friend has a D15Z1 with a cracked block. Not sure how the guy he bought the car from cracked it, but it's motor mount related and currently is using a chain to mount up the Driver's side of the engine.........

Anyway, my question is will his D15Z1 internal bits, (crank, rods, pistons, etc.) and head bolt into/onto to my (would be) gutted D15B7 block?
