Saw this OBX Top mount for B-series. I'm looking for either top mount or ram horn. Is this some junk stuff welded together? Or has someone actually used this manifold before. For the price Is it actually worth it? Just want some input if i should get it or would it crack later....

Looks decent. Probably super thin tho. I thought MY ebay mani was pretty stout, til I compared it to My RLD ram horn I got. The Quality of the Welds/metal/collector is a NIGHT and DAY difference.
theres a guy that has one here, if he turned his little t3 t04e where the compressor faces the driver side headlight, HE CANT, when he faced it towards the radiator, HE CUT OFF HALF THE RADIATOR SUPPORT LITERALLY TO MAKE IT FIT!!
DONT BUY IT LOL!!!

If you wanna go low cost.. I've had good luck with the Blox cast manifolds. I made 350 on a stock GSR on pump with one and a T3/T4, and his buddy with a fully built motor same manifold and turbo combination laid down about 430HP @ 9K before it ran outta breathing room.. They are not bad, and you can get em for under $400 if you look around. Not good if your going for high power, but for a stock motor setup they are a really good deal and spool quick.
Anyhow i have a friend who is running one on a B20vtec using a .63 a/r t4 flanged GT35r and it fits fine, i cant imagine a 40r going on there though...
there is some confusion here for sure, that manifold only comes with a T4 flange so i fail to see how a t3/t04e would fit on it in ANY configuration.

here is one...you CANT put the turbo on the other way or you would just have to chop a different section out. OBX TOP MOUNT.
chop all that up to run an obx manifold... hahahahahha he could have paid an extra 100-150 and bought something good that fit.
I was thinking buying OBX manifold but when my 3rd OBX turbo went out, I said I'll pay more but I'm not buying it...
So I found top mount from eBay for $450 shipped with t3 flange 38mm Wastegate flange and it fits perfect. You just have to wait a little and look more, there is good used top mounts up there.
No more OBX parts for me..!
I know there is some used top mount for cheep at www.homemadeturbo.com

It may not say OBX on the box, but I can almost guarantee you the same chinese knock off company made it.
maybe theres a huge inconsistency in their "JIG"
ROFL!!
just buy a BLOX manifold, much less heart ache.

Not to mention the intercooler is about 2" off the ground on that green car. The drivers side headlight is held on with 1 of the top bolts b/c the rest is cut and bounces horribly. The radiator support is also very easy to move around as well, as you would imagine. The funny part is, he thinks it will pass tech @ Atlanta Dragway for the IFO event!
