*Corduroy interior* What do you think??
Alright guys i have an idea of how im gonna begin my interior but cant decide what type of fabric to use for my door panels, A pillars, Headliner, armrest...
I'm not much for the wild fabrics and designs but im going for a color theme...
I am doing the car with gold accents such as shiftknob, Calipers, and im gonna get the yellow stitch type r shiftboot, small things like that.
So i was thinking of using a tan/Goldish Corduroy fabric for everything in the car except the seats. Seats would look horrible...The Fabric im looking at is below the picture of the car.
What do you guys think??????

plus the reason im worried about my interior is because its cold where i live and its a fairly cheap mod unlike some people who can waist **** tons of money in stuff, and ruin there credit to ****, im a DIY'er, and this is something i can do in the confides of my apartment.
So your input is appreciated but you dont have to seem like a dick about it...

point taken....but its not brown. and if im not mistaken dont some of the Del sol seats have a corduroy like texture to them. i mean i know this is an unusual fabric in hondas but thats the thing. i love the tweed look but alot of people do it. so i figure why not something different that will go with the overall color theme of the car...

IMO, don't ask what everyone's opinion on something you want to do to your car, especially if it's something new. We'll all just say "no," then someone will do it later and everyone will be all over it. It's how H-T goes.
If you want to try out a DIY, go ahead and do it, and do it your way. Just try it out in a smaller area first, such as the door panels, and see how you like it. If all is going well, keep going with it. If you think it would be too much, stop, or take it off and start with a different fabric. Just make sure it's within good taste for you, and you will enjoy your car more than anyone else can enjoy it for you.

do what ya want bro. your car your rules your time spent doing it etc.
dont ask for everyone elses view. if it is what you wanna do or you even have a slight hint that you wanna do it. then do it! dont let people talk it down or try to change your mind or influence you. the ONLY thing i will say negative is if it is real corduroy then it might be hard to get it wrap around corners and look professionally done. but other than that go for it!
