95 hatch ,not sure if my cable is shot or my latch just needs to be adjusted.I adjusted for what seemed forever just to get the hood to shut completely,now pull the latchj & nothing happens..This stems from when I changed my radiator ,I believe I might have knocked the cable out of the latch.Since I have taken it off & cleaned, but now I have to go under again to see if I can pop it..
