I have a 1990 honda accord ex-r

Im having some problems with my fuel pump, i removed it and hooked it up directly to my battery , it worked fine turned on and everything.

I checked the fuel pump pins that connect the fuel pump, and read 5 volts.

I checked the relay and didn't get a reading maybe due to improper ground. I checked the number 2 fuese(30 amp) and it was fine, not broken.
