where to buy a blank t4 flange?

i want to custom make make my own holes and dual inlet entry and i cant find any blank flanges.

You just want a 4.25x3.75"x0.5" steel plate, then?

i'm not exactly sure what you are after here, do you want a flange that would have the two holes in the middle, just no bolt holes?
