Whats the funtion of that "push button" on the inside left of the glove box? I tried to press it in and out to see if theres a light going on and off. But nothing happens.

I did take my glove box out to see it connected properly.

 

when your lights are on does the glovebox not light up? mine does in my 99, that's what the button is for.

 

Pic? I don't have a button. My car used to have an alarm and that is where the alarm arm button thing was.

 

i don't have a pic but i think the button was on the left side of the glovebox, in the jamb. that's how the car knows if the glovebox is open or closed.

 

I guess my bulb is no good.
