Icon2 new to turbo's and needing info on a tdo4

ok first of all,im new to all this.but i ran into some one selling a greddy turbo kit for 96+ civics.its almost complete minus a few oil lines, and think a few peices of piping.has emanage and 550 injectors.and some other stuff.also he says it only has about 100 miles on it.give or take some probably.

its a tdo4 turbo

well ive been searching on google to see what flange for the manifold it uses and from what i got its a t25...is this right? correct me if im wrong.

also ive searched to see if it will work for a b series motor, and i guess in a way it will(from what ive read after changing a few parts).i read it will work on a b16 but it will run out at 8k and above.

im just wondering if it will work for a gsr.its daily driven and i think the higest ive takin it was maybe 7k.plus its also stock so i dont push it that high of rpm as it iis.

im not looking to get alota power just somthin with some umph to it.id say 300hp at the most.250-275 is fine for right now.
the guy is asking like 500 complete.thats what i was wondering if this is ok for what im trying to do or is that turbo too small for the gsr?
also if it does work is therr any b series manifolds that will fit the turbo.i cant seem to find one...is that maybe because its not good turbo for this motor?
info is greatly apreciated.thank you
