Default idle bounce @1500rpms only

whats up to everyone, ok my setup is a p72 obd1 ecu the head is a b16a2 obd2 my mechanic says its the iacv, but i noticed that a17 is not being used on the ecu. help please , click pics and info and ways to stop this annoying idle, it only does it right at 1500 rpms thats it no other problems. ps i did search and there is waay too much info about idles on here. so please be easy

uhhhh idk man, most idle bouncing or bogging is usually vac leaks, but good luck with finding the problem

could be the fitv or the ivac, my iddle was bouncy at low rpms, had a chop cnc a block off plate for one of the two forgot which one it was, got rid of the idle issue now it wont ever happend again :

what are the short term and long term effects of simply patching the iacv feed at the tb permanently.
