Default 94-97 si-vtec fogs

Just got an oem set of these installed, anyway, anybody know if they can be adjusted? If so, where at?

take off the cover and the scew with a spring is the adjusting screw.

oh i see.. but wouldn't that be kinda hard to adjust without having it on? cause you have to take off the big metal plate with 3 screws on it as well don't you?

Nevermind, I figured it out.. looks like i can stick the screwdriver through the hole and actually twist the screw. but I'm still unsure which is up or down? if it's screwed all the way in and tight, that means it's aimed the lowest it can go right?
