Engine swap on 1995 Honda Civic hatch DX
http://www.jdmenginedepot.com/jdm_en...egra/Civic/CRX I want to put this engine in my car it is mostly stock 1995 honda civic automatic with the D15b7 stock engine that is broken. Can I just pop the old engine out so to speak and plug up this new one and everything will be fine hopefully
Is their anything that you guys that I need to do to my car IE change ECU in order to make this engine work It is NON vtec so the ECU wont to change to VTEC or what ever my ECU is already chipped for 7400 red line and no speedlimit so thier is plenty of wiggle room thanks in advance.

are you planning to keep it auto or convert to manual? if you planning to keep it auto you will need an automatic transmission, axles, and ecu for that setup. if you planning to convert to manual like i just did. you will need all the clutch setup. manual trans, integra shift linkage, axles for a manual, ecu, conversion motormount for auto to manual. all your plugs will line up no problem
