Default Fading Sideskirts? Opinions.

Ok well i bought some Mudguards for my 97 Ej8 coupe. Unfortunately my sideskirts look pretty damm faded. I was wondering if anyone had the same problem. Im kind of holding up on putting the mudguards cuz of that, i think that it would look funny since the mudguards are all nice and black and the sideskirts like grey..LoL. What is my best option? Should i maybe spray paint them or buy new ones or F it and leave it like that. Any opinions are welcomed.

take off your side-skirts, prep them with a scotch-brite pad or 400grit sandpaper, paint with trim paint, re-install

what he means is to go to the store maybe autozone depending where u live and go buy sand paper 400 grit i suggested the wet/dry kind.. then sand it down it doesnt have to be an amazing job.. then just paint it.. trim paint is paint that is specific for things like side skirts.. materials like polyurethane or abs plastic like your side skirts

trim paint = spray paint that is used for trim.

just hit it with some tire shine. seriously, it works.

Mother's Back-to-Black, man. No need to remove and paint them. Just get the Back-to-Black and a tire dressing applicator sponge.
