Default 99 Si brake pedal dead zone

99 Civic Si, Wilwood brake kit. The brake pedal is firm, but the first inch that it goes down it does nothing. There's very little resistance and no braking, then I hit the firm part and it brakes fine. Is there an adjustment to bring the contact point back up to the top? Car has stock booster, stock master cylinder. It's not losing any fluid and the brakes are new (problem existed before changing them out).

Of course theres and adjustment, just stick your head up under the drivers dash, and look above the brake pedal there is a rod coming through firewall that attaches to the brake booster. On the end of that rod there is a bolt or something, you loosen it up and adjust it in or out. Best of luck with your trial's and error's.
