Well i put my LS on ccraigslist for 1100 and a d series (ls in car), next morning i get a text saying im coming to buy it today, so me and a few friends pull the LS



We put it in his car when he arrives and he gives me a grand cash and a d15b7.
"longshot" finds me a supercharger on craigslist

and now we are going to put the supercharger in, il be back later tonight with some info, and maybe a vid or two

You might struggle to get that into the car with the blower attached. The blower pulley sits under the master cylinder, so unless you put it in from underneath, it won't go past the MC.

 

hmm guess we will see? lol

 

you realize the car wont be as fast as it was with the ls right?

 

I know that im WELL aware of that, its more unique than an ls, i dont care how fast my car is

its done and running on no tune, Open header tho,but it runs strong and pulls hard has bad idle surge tho and it doesnt really sound the best it mightt need oil

sounds like a vac leak bro... but it can be a few diffrent things.. get a can of throttle body cleaner and spray around the intake mani in sections. if you here a bog in one spot,then you have a leaky leaky!! but check that out.. also i know it sounds stupid but switch you map and tps around and see if it stops then. but what makes me think its a vac leak is my missing link for my turbo was messed up and it was doing the same thing.

 

Get it tune after that

 

plug in your iat sensor while your at it.

 

i plugged the iacv in
it didnt help anything idk what the deal is

 

was this the first start and did you wait till the fan comes on cause you have t o let radiator fluid run thrw the systen to that fast idle valve on the throttle bodielet it wrm up and fan run should stop

 

intake air temperature sensor, not iacv. The white one you see in the video that isnt connected.

 

You might have your IACV and your IAT plugs mixed up. They're both 2 pin plugs, and not keyed differently. I see that your CEL is on. What code is it?

BTW my fan isnt working at the moment
and my car was warm it still does that im gonna check it out tomor can i get a pic with the iacv and the iat plugs circled sorry for seeming so stupid haha im sick and dont feel like messin with this stuff

 

BTW i plugd that white one in. it made no difference

 

Fixin my idle surge ina bit, then lowering my car more and mounting my boost gauge
maybe even fixing my exhaust
