Well the Fireball Muffler sounds loud as hell even if it were new. Spoon N1 is loud too w/o the silencer. If you want a low decible then consider a Mugen Twin Loop IMO. www.inlinefour.com has a lot of Spoon ****, but they are in cali.

I wouldn't get the fireball or Spoon n1 if you are looking for something quiet. Mugen is your best bet.

Comptech sport.
Not loud, very functional and super light weight.
It is also prefered by HONDA.

It's about $300 a pop and stainless steel. I have one and I'm very pleased with it.

it probably sounds kinda ricey. im assuming you have a custom set-up... you need to have a mid-pipe resonator in place also, or else the ricey sound will be there with practically any exhaust! The 5zigen and Apexi N1 just tend to produce a higher pitched sound than other mufflers.
Try ES (www.jdmhondaparts.com or http://www.inlinefour.com) or Magnaflow (check the sig). Low deep tone and adequate sound supression... and cheap. ~$100

yup, the fireball sounds ricey. i had it for a few months, it does produce a high pitched sound, but not too bad.
