I have a JDM d15b in a my crx.

I am unable to get a spark, i have tested the ecu, dizzy, ground, ignition, fuses. The only check engine lights im getting are 10 and 21. Im using a streetlightz obd0 to obd1 jumper harness.

The only issue im getting is i get all sorts of different voltage from the black/yellow wire going to the dizzy, its sometimes 10, sometimes 12.

Any ideas what this could be, im out of ideas.

 

You are testing it on the wrong setting. Unless you have a step-up transformer in the car it would be impossible for you to get 50 volts.

found out i have a si cabin harness and hf engine harness, Repining some connectors. Hopefully this is the solution.
