Default Just picked up this traction bar

Ok so I picked up this traction bar brand new as is from this shop that went out of business in my area a little while back for 160. I'm not positive what brand it is, the guy at the shop said he thought it was racer design...

But anyway I need help, I'm new to the whole ef scene I haven't really done much research on traction bars accept that they are supposed to improve the ride of your ef drastically. What I want to know should this be a trustworthy bar and was it worth the 160 I bought it for? What do I need to install it on my ef and will I need to do any modifications?

Also I have a ls swap and my stock crossmembers been trimmed to clear the stock header this should give me a lot more room right? Im planning to be putting a 4-1 header on soon.

Heres some pics of it:

looks like one of those ebay/edt style tracktion bars, worth what you paid for it i guess, throw it on and get an alignment.

missing the front mount for the trans though so either drop in a b series, or weld on a bracket, or use a rear poly mount.

im using something similar, im using a rear poly insert mount with urethane filled side mounts and welding a custom front mount if theres room after the turbo/eg half rad combo.

I bet the tiny garbage torsion bar brackets will fail. Either that or the welds will fail on that thin metal due to lack of surface area of the welds.

they look like torsion bars most companies seem to using, im sure it will be fine, the only thing i can see failing may be the welds, but there are more then one company which has had there weld fail, so if you got it throw it on, if it breaks reweld it, LOL. or add more welds if it would make you feel better.
