well i have never heard of polished being an option but i dont think it would be hard to find a rim shop that is willing to have a polished finish done to it or even mirror faced ...
Do it yourself...its not that hard since the 05 + rims dont have much "rim" to polish. 800, 1000, 2000*water safe* grit sand paper. Start with the 800 to get the clear/scuffs/curbage smooth. Go to the 1000 so smooth out the scratch lines made from the 800 and finally wet sand with the 2000 to finish off the 1000 grits job.
It will still llook dull but dont worry a good mag wheel polish like "Mothers Mag and Wheel polish" will polish them up.
Use sparingly a little polish goes along way so dont get a big clump of it. Use a shop towel or microfiber to dab a little polish on the wheel...and polish in a circular motion. If the residue turns black in color youre doing it right. Keep polishing until desired finish!

Aircraft paint remover can be used to get the clear off. BUT use at your own risk. It can get messy and burn in you know what i mean on skink contact lol
