Shocks/Struts for 96 Civic
I'm not looking to get some crazy racing **** right now, pretty broke actually... Anyways, any suggestions on what kind I can get? I was looking at KYB brand KY341198 for the rear and KY341203 for the front. Also, should I replace the springs in the front? It looks like they are stock and have never been replaced as have the shocks/struts.
i have tokico blues on my 98 civic and they work great. they were about 75 each at gripmotorsports. as for springs they dont need to be replaced unless your thinking about lowering your car or they broke(like snapped). i have heard alot of good things about kyb
so if your set on those then they should be good to go.
hopefully this helped clearing any concerns you have about suspension options

if you arent looking to go anything "race" and your broke why not just do a stock replacement? kyb gr2's would be my choice in your situation. save the money for later when you can get some better stuff.
