Icon6 Master Cylinder

OKay, heres the story, hopefully someone can give me some answers. Master cylinder leaked out all the fluid in the reservoir. The seal in the back where it meets up with the booster was soaked, and it looked like some fluid got into my booster. I get a new master from napa, bench bleed it, put it on, and bleed all for corners at least 6 times each. I have no pedal, and I have done the booster tests, and it seems to be working fine. If I gradually press down the pedal, it will go to the floor with the engine running. With the engine off, I have a nice pedal, but as soon as I start it, down to the floor it goes. BTW, no air came out of the bleeders and I went through at least a quart of brake fluid. Maybe I have a defective master cylinder, or I didn't follow bench bleeding procedures correctly? Need brakes asap so I can drive! thanks

I don't know if this is your problem or not, but what order did you bleed them?

From the manual you start with the right rear, then the left front. Then go to the left rear, and then right front. Even with doing it correctly it still took me 2 times to be happy with them. I emptied the reservoir three times.
