Oh man is this goign to be a pain...
Do I need to take off my bumper to get my Mugen Intake on? The instructions picture the front end being removed. Is this the best way to go about it?

I could be wrong but I don't think you need to remove the bumper. Just unbolt some of the fender liner and you should be able to get that thing in there. You will need to remove your front valence (the plastic part that goes under your header).

it is easier with the bumper out of the way- but you can do it without removing it if you are really scared of 2 10mm bolts and a handful of screws.
