your title is very vague. you can start by looking in the fi forum. there is a sticky at the top that has a lot of the answers you are looking for. but look at the faq's in the fi forum, but dont post a question like this it will probably get locked.

 

if your willing to spend that much money, just ditch the y7 and get a ls.
