Default Car won't start

this is a 07 accord. i parked at a parking lot today and went back out and the car would not start. the battery is working, the lights and radio turns on, but when i tried to start the engine the car would not start. it sounds like it wants to start but it wouldn't. anyone know what could be the problem.

Main relay tends to act funny in the accords. Mine is a 99, but they have this problem where it will heat the relay and cause it not to work. Give it about 5-10 min and it will probably start again.

Out of gas?
If the immobilizer was acting up the car would start for a few seconds and die.
