Can someone run and check how many volts the fuel injectors should be getting, mine are getting around 9v and i'm not sure if it should be 12 or what

yellow and black should be 12v
what do you have at the battery?

 

is it constantly 12v? bc my yellow/black wire is only getting 9v. My battery is 12. something. could be the cause of my car not being able to start?

 

probably got some resistance somewhere

 

would that blow a fuse? prevent startup?

 

do you have a resistor box wired in wrong? did you change anything?

well i just went and checked and it's at 12 again (still not starting though) but yesterday it was at 9 V. i dunno i give up i'm about to part this thing out. I had a short to ground in my wiring harness (on that yellow/black wire) and it wouldn't start, kept blowing my FI fuse, but i found it and fixed it and it started up onetime not it isn't starting anymore. It's getting some spark (I don't know if it's enough or not) and it's getting fuel. I can spray ether in the throttle body and it still doesn't even act like it wants to turn over, just steadily cranks and cranks
